Lynne graduated from Berkshire High School in Burton, Ohio, in 1986. She received her B.A. Degree, cum laude, from Wittenberg University in 1990 and her J.D. Degree from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1993. Ms. Day joined Petersen & Ibold in 1993.
Ms. Day is a member of the Ohio State and American Bar Associations. She has served as President of the Geauga County Bar Association, the Geauga County Law Library Association, and the Ohio Women's Bar Association. Ms. Day is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and was named an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
Ms. Day handles family law matters including divorce, dissolution, legal separation, the allocation of parental rights and responsibilities, child support, paternity and step parent adoptions.
