Dennis J. Kaselak

DENNIS J. KASELAK received a B.A. Degree from Kent State University and a J.D. Degree from Cleveland State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute of America. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court of Ohio, Northern District, U.S. District Court of Arizona and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Kaselak has been an active member and director of several international adoption and relief organizations providing relief and assistance for adoption of orphaned children and arranging for medical assistance for physically challenged children in eastern European countries.

Mr. Kaselak represents individuals and small closely held and publicly held businesses in numerous areas of law with a particular emphasis in asset protection, asset purchases and sales, creditor and debtor rights, business reorganizations, out of court transactions, and general business litigation.
